Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information about yourself, your business, your offer, and your audience. Accounts are individual; you are responsible for activity under your login.

Access to the partner marketplace requires completing onboarding, tax and payout forms, and passing our vetting review. We may approve, delay, or decline any application at our discretion.

Kingdom Launch Pad is a faith-based platform. Members are expected to communicate honestly, honor commitments made to partners and customers, respect confidentiality, and treat every member with dignity.

Harassment, discrimination, deceptive claims, spam, scraping member data, mass unsolicited pitching outside the outreach tools, impersonation, or attempts to move partnerships off-platform to avoid fees are grounds for immediate removal.

Offers listed on the platform must reflect our Christian values and ethics. We do not permit offers that promote occult or divination practices, sexual content, gambling, hate or violence, illegal activity, predatory financial schemes, get-rich-quick or guaranteed-income claims, or medical claims that are not lawfully substantiated.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to display it for marketplace, outreach, and promotional purposes. We may remove any listing, campaign, landing page, or course that violates these standards.

Offer providers are reviewed for a real, deliverable offer and a verifiable business identity. Audience providers are reviewed for genuine audience proof. Verification is a good-faith review, not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any member, offer, or result.

Joint-venture terms, including revenue share, are agreed between partners inside the shared workspace. Kingdom Launch Pad facilitates tracking, splits, and payouts but is not a party to your partnership agreement.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Platform transaction fees apply according to your plan. Payouts are issued to the payout method on file after any applicable hold period and tax documentation.

You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other members, or engage in fraud. Earned but unpaid partner revenue remains payable except where withheld due to fraud, chargebacks, or refunds.

The platform is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee of partnerships, revenue, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
